Most bathrooms collect moisture and sometimes you may have to replace a drywall. Large, flat sheets of pressed gypsum that compose the inner walls of most residential buildings are called drywalls.
Bathrooms need “green board” which is nothing but special moisture resistant drywall. Moisture proof walls are called backer boards and shower areas and baths need backer-board. Many home owners are knocking down walls in order to make their bathrooms larger. They want a beautiful, relaxing space, almost spa like. According to an American Standard Bathroom Habits survey, thirty percent of Americans would be willing to spend more than $10,000 to remake their bathrooms into the ultimate dream space.
